DCG helps organizations collect, analyze and use internal evaluation data that is aligned to a program’s service model. Additionally, facilitated peer writing experiences, professional development trainings, and executive coaching services develop client capacity to make data informed decisions that support internal and external program efforts. To accomplish this aim, DCG embeds a program development consultant within a client organization for a minimum of six months. This process is referred to as Service Immersion.
