During the third service phase, DCG consultants work collaboratively with clients to collect, analyze and use data to inform decision making, communication, collaboration, strategic development and accountability reporting. Tasks completed within this phase include:
- Data collection and entry
- Peer writing
- Data use coaching and professional development sessions
- Development of data memorandums
- Development of data dashboards
