Service Immersion

DCG’s model of Service Immersion allows consultants to:

  • Develop an insider (or emic) perspective of an organization’s management and operational infrastructure.
  • Present timely and ongoing feedback to clients regarding the items learned from the evaluation process.
  • Rapidly present recommendations (and/or provides technical support services), intended to coach and build the organization’s ability to use assessment data in a way that informs program design, development, and implementation efforts.
