Service Immersion

DCG uses a Service Immersion model that allows consultants to:

  • Develop an insider perspective of an organization’s management and operational infrastructure.
  • Present timely and ongoing feedback to clients regarding the items learned from the evaluation process.
  • Rapidly present recommendations (and/or provide technical support services), intended to coach and build a client’s capacity to use evaluation data in a way that informs program design, development, and implementation efforts.

DCG services are delivered in three phases

  • Phase 1: Logic Model
  • Phase 2: Evaluation Design
  • Phase 3: Data collection analysis and use
