DCG uses a Service Immersion model that allows consultants to:
- Develop an insider perspective of an organization’s management and operational infrastructure.
- Present timely and ongoing feedback to clients regarding the items learned from the evaluation process.
- Rapidly present recommendations (and/or provide technical support services), intended to coach and build a client’s capacity to use evaluation data in a way that informs program design, development, and implementation efforts.
DCG services are delivered in three phases
- Phase 1: Logic Model
- Phase 2: Evaluation Design
- Phase 3: Data collection analysis and use
