Since 1995 DCG has helped to build the assessment and service capacity of non-profit organizations to design, manage, assess, and maintain new and innovative services.  Our philosophy is rooted in the notion that organizational research, as a development tool for growth, is a communal and inclusive process that is rigorously engaged by people who are reflective, critical, and committed to providing services that improve the quality of their lives and the lives of their clients.

The role of a DCG research practitioner is to discover, document, shape, and/or facilitate what data looks like within the operational context of the client organization.
